rheumy reddened eyes Hidden underneath glossy wet bamboo leaf hair Racing pulses of a fish out of water You’re turning pale Fading from my embrace Our kiss taste like blood Oozing out of our chests Piecing us inside out Honey and wine At the rising day Moss and stains As the evening fades Preaching across the hall Are the stories I’ve ripped apart From the very start my fairytale was set
